Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the members of Suttonians Rugby Football Club shall be held in the Clubhouse on Thursday the 18th May 2023 at 8 pm.

Please note date in your diary as notification to all members for AGM

Save for Vice-Presidents, the terms of election of whom are set out in (c) hereof, the following shall be elected at the Annual General Meeting:

President

Senior and Junior Deputy President

Vice Presidents (two vacancies)

Honorary Secretary and Treasurer

Club captain, captain and vice-captain for all teams

Six voting members to the Executive committee

Under 23 voting member to the Executive committee

Honorary Auditor

Trustee (Two)

Each candidate for election shall be proposed by a voting member (who has obtained the prior consent of the candidate) and seconded by another voting member. The nomination document, signed by the nominee, proposer and seconder, shall be given to the Honorary Secretary or his nominee at least eight days prior to the Annual General Meeting.

All signed nomination forms should be given to Hon. Secretary before the 7th May.
