A great all round performance from the 1st XV squad saw SRFC defeat Trinity College 10-26 and secure a place in the Semi Final of the Metro Cup.

Player's form the 2007's featured in heavily in the squad with a first team debut for Oisin Kelly & Hayden Gallagher.
