Suttonains is gearing up for a night to remember as the Spencer Cup makes its highly anticipated return this Friday night at 8pm, under the floodlights. It’s a momentous occasion as we celebrate the 60th anniversary since we proudly presented this prestigious trophy to the Leinster branch in honour of our former Captain Maurice. Spencer, and 100 years since we first carried a rugger ball in competition, in the name of our great club.
The memories of past victories in the competition—1981, 1988, and 1994—are still fresh in our minds, and we’re hoping for another long-lasting victory to add to that storied history. Let’s make this a celebration to remember for all involved, as we come together for a fantastic night on and off the field.
Come down and support your club, reconnect with old friends, and make some new ones while continuing our Centenary celebrations in style. Your presence and voice can make all the difference, providing that extra spark in the tackle, line break, scrum, line-out, or maul!
Don’t miss out—let's make this Friday night a wonderful occasion for one and all! You can tell your grandkids, "I was there "!
